Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Please let Undaunted Beauty LLC, Melinda Elder (Mindy) know 24-hours prior to your hair appointment, if needing to cancel.
24-hour cancellations are by the 24-hour window, example appointment on 01/03 at 3:00 p.m. must be cancelled before 3 p.m. 01/02. A 35% fee will be charged for any cancellation after the 24-hour window. Multiple cancellations or no shows will result in a non-refundable deposit, to book your next appointment and or being let go as a client.
Late Client Policy
If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10-15 minutes or more to your scheduled
appointment, please call Melinda Elder (Mindy), Owner of Undaunted Beauty LLC at 804-979-5781
Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disturbing every other client scheduled
that day. Please be aware in the event you are late, Undaunted Beauty LLC cannot guarantee that your services will be performed in full or on that day, requiring you to schedule your appointment for another day.
Please note, no shows will be charged 100% of service scheduled. This means you ignored all appointment updates and notifications.
Late clients will be charged 35% of scheduled service in the event services can not proceed. Upon Undaunted Beauty’s discretion, as each circumstance varies.
